Pilates in The HIVE Pollinator Garden

Description

Build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body in this pilates mat class in the pollinator garden. This energizing, full-body workout combines mindful movement, core-focused exercises, and controlled breathing to leave you feeling stronger, balanced, and refreshed. All ages and abilities welcome! After class, each participant receives a refreshing glass of California Pomegranate Honey Hibiscus Cooler or a sparkling mead beverage. Bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. If the weather is too cool or too hot, we’ll practice indoors, among the honey drums. Hosted in collaboration with locally-owned Club Pilates Gibson Plaza!
