Conaway Ranch is a 17,000+ acre property located on the border of Yolo and Sacramento Counties. It is owned by Conaway Preservation Group, who manages the land for a range of uses, including rice farming and wildlife conservation projects. He will discuss rice farming and conservation projects on the ranch, which include projects to benefit giant garter snakes, migrating waterfowl, raptors, salmon, and tri-colored blackbirds.
