All attendees and participants are expected to abide by the listed Rules and Regulations. Please click the link provided to review them, and please note the following essential rules:

• Strict No-Throwing Policy: Absolutely no candy, toys, or promotional items may be thrown from floats or vehicles. Designated walkers moving alongside your entry may hand items directly to spectators at the curb. Violations result in immediate removal from the parade line and a potential ban from future participation.
• Official Santa Exclusivity: Do not feature a live Santa Claus on any float or entry. There is only one Santa and he works directly with the Chamber for this event. Festive costumes, elves, and Mrs. Claus are highly encouraged!
• Mandatory Illumination: Because the parade steps off at twilight (4:00 PM), every entry—including floats, vehicles, and walking groups—must be fully decorated and brightly lit for nighttime visibility.
• Mandatory Pre-Parade Orientation: At least one official representative from each registered entry must attend the mandatory orientation session prior to parade day.
• Continuous Forward Movement: Entries must maintain steady forward movement throughout the entire route, maintaining a 40- to 60-foot gap behind the entry ahead to prevent gaps.
